I was recommended to Leverett Eyecare by my previous optometrist Dr. Miller when he retired. He sent all of his patients records here. I decided to give them a try and I am so happy I did. The office is neat, clean and very esthetically pleasing. The entire staff if very nice and friendly. The technology they offer is amazing and up to date with the science. Dr. Rankin was absolutely fabulous and took the time to educate me in a way that was understandable ( it completely fascinating to the nerd in me), about what was going on with my eyes. I found out that I have BVD and that has been causing so many of the other symptoms in my body systems. She was able to prescribe a simple correction, (prism) to my new lens prescription and I am so excited to get them. The gait testing and experiment she did with me in the office with the sample pair of prism goggles was mindblowing. The technician and the apprentice optician were both very knowledgeable and friendly too. The office has a decent variety of frames to pick from as well. Overall my experience was excellent and I am so happy to be a new patient with them!

First visit with Leveret Eyecare, after my eye doctor retired.Office on South Lynnhaven is clean and welcoming. Staff is very pleasant and efficient. I loved the tech who did my intake and initial eye exam. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name. She was so sweet and patient with me. Dr Marcia Leverett is thorough and welcomes patient input in their plan of care. That, in particular, is a "MUST" in my search for any care provider. Highly recommend this provider.

I have been a patient of Dr. Leverett since she opened her practice in Virginia Beach, and I have been extremely pleased with her as my eye doctor. She is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Dr. Leverett never rushes me and always takes the time to address my questions and concerns. Her staff is warm, welcoming, and helpful as well.

I was recommended by my now recently retired eye dr to Leverett and when I walked through the door it was like I was already home the feeling of safeness, welcoming as if you were walking in your own home. Everyone was so friendly and patient and just comforting all the staff are amazing and if I get that feeling when walking through the door yeah this is where I need to be for eye care. Dr. Rankin is amazing and I hope she doesn’t retire no time soon. Lol
