Great practice! Haven’t been to eye doctor in 6 years, due to an unpleasant experience at another facility. Dr. Ferrara and his team were exceptional! Explained well, took time to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Wasn’t pressured into buying eye glasses from them either. I’m waiting til next week, after a hair appointment and coloring to go back and see which ones go with the new do!

I did not have a very good experience this time around. I was told they were a little backed up because of some medical issues on the patients before me. That is completely understandable, however when I mentioned an issue I was having I felt dismissed and very little time was spent with me. I've been going to this Pearle Vision for years, even before Dr. Ferrara was there (previous location), but this may likely be the last visit.

Great support staff. Catherine and Chloe were friendly and professional. Dr Ferrara was awesome. Took his time to explain everything about my eye health. It was the most informative eye exam ever. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this office.

I had an amazing experience here from start to finish. The customer service was truly excellent – every staff member I interacted with was attentive, patient, and genuinely eager to help. The new building is outstanding: modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with a bright, welcoming feel as soon as you walk in. The overall environment is very friendly and inviting, which instantly puts you at ease and makes you feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-quality service in a beautiful, comfortable setting.

Spent almost a month trying to set up an appointment here through the VA community care. The VA faxed my referral to the store at least four times and the store still said they never received it. I spoke to multiple people at the front desk, including the manager and was told the fax never came through. I got a hardcopy mailed to me from the VA community care, and then called the store to see if they wanted me to fax it over personally. They told me I could bring it in when I came for my appointment. Prior to my appointment, I got three additional phone calls to confirm the appointment and ask about my insurance information. At that time I again explained that I was a referral from the VA community care. Again, I was told just to bring the referral information With me to my appointment. Today I finally showed up for my appointment at 2 PM to be told that they’re not taking VA Referrals at this time. When I asked if I could speak with Dr. Ferrara I was told they would have to take my information and have him call me at a later time. Ironically, I had a 2 o’clock appointment but he’s still not available to talk to me at 2 o’clock. This is even more disappointing since I’ve been using Dr. Ferraro for on and off for 30 years and Our family has been faithful to him when he’s been available through our insurance. The front desk associates are not knowledgeable and are extremely unprofessional. I’d recommend some significant training in their operations and Customer Service. Now I’ve got to go back to the drawing board and start the process all over. A genuine waste of my time. Truly disappointed.
