I been coming here since 2022 and love it. They are very friendly and I love the glasses I been getting especially this new ones I just got. Highly recommend this place to everyone. First appointment with this doctor but I've worn corrective lenses 25+ years so, I thought I knew most of the ropes. At heartland, there were many more things explained to me. The doctor took the time to explain the images they took, and show me the parts of the eye as she was referencing them and explaining my eyes. The technician who got me settled before the doctor came in was very very friendly and knowledgeable. The technician who helped pick my frames was also amazing. She found the best deal for my budget AND matched my style. She didn't try to upsell me, or try to convince me to add on things I wasn't interested in. I felt not only like the staff was listening to me but also actually hearing me and putting in the effort to find an option that worked well for my needs. 25 years with the same eye doctor and I learned more in my 1 appointment with heartland optical, plus they beat the prices BY FAR. The 2nd pair being 50% off was a huge help too. Definitely will be continuing my family's care here!
Kind, friendly staff. The staff greeted us as soon as we were in the door. They checked us in and our appointment started on time. The nurse or eye technician was wonderful. She answered all my questions. The doctor was amazing. She took her time during my exam and it didn’t feel rushed. My daughter was getting a contact exam, the doctor explained everything she needs to know about them. The technician then showed her how to take them out and put them in! Overall great appointment, friendly staff. If you’re looking for a new place to go for eye care this is the place to go!
I have always had a great experience with heartland optical. They are friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. The optometrist is extremely professional and explains things in a way I can understand as related to a few things I have going on. Highly recommend
Great overall experience. Didn't have to wait long at all. Everyone was super friendly, helpful and professional. The lady that helped me pick out my frames was super. She was so personable. I actually walked out feeling better than I did walking in. She really had a positive impact on me. Also the med staff were super thorough and knowledgeable.
