Much better experience than the last couple of appointments. I have always appreciated Dr Jason Stephan. He is thorough, very pleasant, knowledgeable & timely. However, I had considered looking for another practice because the staff were rude, curt, & impatient. I am so happy to say this annual appointment was MUCH improved! Everyone was pleasant & helpful. I don’t know what was done aside from hiring people that actually want to be there but it was a refreshing change!

My recent eye-exam was great! Thanks to assistant AL and Dr Arneson, it was smooth sailing! Thanks to Gracia is the eyeglass Department, who helped me in choosing new glasses, and fitting them! Also thank you to Leah at the front desk! I’m a happy woman!

My doctor is Dr. Webb abd she is great. She takes the time to explain everything she is doing or going to do. I love how she interacts with me as her patient and the staff that assist her. I am very glad I chose her as my doctor

I went to Lincoln Vision Center for years and then took a break and tried another provider. I returned to Lincoln Vision Center and specifically to see Dr. Stephen. He is thorough in his examination process and takes the time to listen and offer options based on the information I shared. I felt like he was patient and I am very pleased with the outcome.

A model for how to run an optometry clinic. Friendly, adaptable staff, pleasant, conversational, and welcoming. Dr. Baumfaulk is the consummate professional. Five stars only because they don't offer six. Tom Safranek, M.D.
