I ordered some glasses June 20th I was told they would be ready in Two weeks. Everytime I call to see if they are ready I get a different response.I have to keep checking on my glasses.I was supposed to get a call today. No one call .Can you please.
Judy and Josie were very great help and so interactive with my child and myself. Love their personality. Even went to the extreme as helping make sure I wasn’t paying anything I shouldn’t be. Awesome staff!!!
Watch out for this place! They've been jerking around for WEEKS attempting to fill a simple glasses prescription. They don't seem to know what they are doing here. Pathetic.
Both my wife and I had our exams at 2 and 2:30. Dr. Swift was promptly ready at each appointment. Explained in detail what each test was and made sure we understood all his diagnosis. Josie worked with each of us while the other was in with the Doctor. Her knowledge was invaluable to make choosing a new pair of glasses easy and painless. Both of us were in and out in just over an hour. All are very caring of their patients.
I will never use anybody other than heartland vision because of the customer service that I am given. I have two locations in my vicinity and when the closer one is full of appointments, I do not mind driving a little bit further to the secondary location because I know I’m going to be taken care of. Josie at my preferred location is always amazing. She is professional, kind, and knowledgeable.
