I'll update this if anything should change but for now this is the best location I've been to thus far. I've visited midtown, grand central, Greenwich and here. None are terrible but the helpfulness of the attendant at the front office was just amazing. Helped me with my frames, lenses, full service. Fantastic. I highly recommend the location!

Great experience at Warby Parker! Heather was incredibly friendly and helpful while helping my daughter and me pick out our glasses. The eye exam was also thorough and professional. Everyone was welcoming, and we never felt rushed. Highly recommend!
We had a great experience at Warby Parker. They were incredibly quick, friendly, and helpful in adjusting my mom’s glasses. The associate who assisted us was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure everything fit comfortably before we left. Excellent customer service and a very pleasant experience overall. Thank you for the outstanding help!
I’m honestly at a loss for words after my experience. I went in last week to shop for sunglasses and regular glasses, and the associate who greeted me was very kind at first and gave me space to browse. He was helpful and even complimented how the frames looked on me. At checkout, I had two pairs of glasses to take advantage of the 15% off promotion, they were currently running. When I went to pay i planned on using two gift cards (i got them from family members for Christmas), and the associate said he needed to check with his manager. He came back and told me I couldn’t use both gift cards on the same purchase—I’d have to split them between the two pairs, which meant losing the discount. I was so confused since gift cards are essentially cash. When I questioned it, he told me, “you can’t use both—it’s like double dipping,” which I’ve never heard before. As a busy mom of two, it took a lot to carve out time to try and get my new glasses (I have been trying since Christmas.) I ended up leaving without buying anything I was so bummed. If this is truly store policy, it should be clearly stated on the gift cards. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and have recommended Warby Parker to tons of family and friends, but this experience was really disappointing and makes me hesitant to return.
Reimond here was a wonderful! I walked in and he fixed my glasses quickly. Well lit store with glasses and lots of mirrors and friendly staff and easy to get to and I picked up other things I needed at the close by shops. Good glasses shop thank you!
