Dr. Gross was wonderful. Her entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. I never felt rushed during my appointment, and for the first time with an optometrist, I didn’t feel pressured on going back and forth on my preferences. It was a truly positive experience from start to finish.

I had a great experience at Heights Vision Specialists. Dr. Gross was very professional, thorough, and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. The staff was also extremely friendly and made the whole visit smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this office if you’re looking for excellent eye care.

Dr. Gross was so thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. Went to Heights Vision Specialists because of a corneal ulcer, and Dr. Gross always took the time to explain the situation and the treatment plan. Dr. Gross also checked in on me while she was out of town, and she made sure that we were holding up okay during the somewhat long healing process of the painful ulcer. So glad that we have Heights Vision Specialists to go to!

I wouldn’t recommend to go elsewhere they are very respectful and greeting ! Both ladies in the front are awesome and friendly thank you for the awesome service . Dr. Gross is the best I won’t be going anywhere else from now on she explains everything you need to know and seems to care enough to explain !

This is the best eye Dr. I have ever been to. She is amazing with a great crew that works in the office. Her chair side manner is impecable, and you leave there feeling so much better being you are treated with the greatest care, and make you feel like you are family.
