WARNING CUSTOMERS: Please Save Your Time by not Coming Here!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I seriously would. On August 7, 2026, I bought my 8 year old daughter to get much needed glasses for school. She got measured for them and was told to pick any glasses with yellow stickers those were the ones covered by her insurance. She picked out a nice pair then we were told that we would get a call in 2 weeks to get them and guess what!? No calls from them whatsoever! I called today September 3, 2026 just to be told that her glasses were nowhere to be found! It’s been way more than 2 weeks people come on! As a parent this was highly upsetting because she needed her glasses to start an evaluation for her school. Her teachers keeps asking me when she is going to have them and thanks to them she won’t have them until about another 2 weeks from now! Because of their mistakes, they are harming 8 year old kids! All the lady wants to say was “I do apologize for telling you the wrong tag” well mam that’s not going to fix your mistake! If you don’t know the correct tags maybe she should work there. All those ladies were doing that day was gossiping. Also talking about how they couldn’t wait to go home and made faces every time a customer came in like “ugh another one.” Maybe this is not the staff you guys should have there. They shouldn’t say or act that way when customers are still present… There have been several complaints I see, so hopefully you guys do something about it for the sake of good people. I am getting my prescription from this hopefully place and having it filled in by another clinic that will get the job done. STAY AWAY! Please stop messing with people’s eye prescriptions!
