Well, my goal with this post is to bring attention of caution to all customers working with this place. My prescription changed this year and naturally time for new glasses right…I ordered a pair of sports glasses (Oakley) from this place, but their lab failed to fill the prescription as written, now they did tell me it was a 98% or 99% probability they they would get the prescription correct. Well the first set of glasses came in and no, it was not correct, they sent it back and a second try took place, well the second set did not work. This time I was hopeful they would just refund me…and be honest, admit they could not fill my prescription, which by the way is single vision something which is done quite well and often. This place decided that I had to pick another frame, a flat frame, not what I wanted or paid for but okay, I thought well at least I would have a pair of glasses I could use…this last order was placed about two weeks ago, I still do not have glasses. The entire 3 orders have been about a month and a half, and I still do not have my glasses nor a refund…such a shame, but I managed to find another provider who took my prescription and was able to send it directly to Oakley and guess what I have a great pair of glasses, and a new place to where I can now trust my prescription would be filled accurately and to my liking. Update on 5/14/26: finally pick up the last order, it seems to work. I will have it tested by the Dr. office. I did also questioned the cost for the frame, as it is way lower than what they charge me and charged my insurance and should the difference should be refunded. The desk said it’s not their decision, it’s the office manager’s discretion…ummm, wao, amazing experience.

Every time I come, everybody always so nice and pleasant and they are very professional and when I come and get my eyes done, I work at one point they get you in and out. My doctor is the most precious and nicest doctor ever had make sure she does her girl she checked everything on my eyes and she I’ve been coming to you for years if you want a great eye doctor come to Dr. Hong Nguyen, O. D.

I love the efficient manner in which my appointment was handled. Fast, efficient, and speedy delivery is how I would describe this visit, and I was a first time patient.😊 Keep up the good work guys.

Very horrible customer service when I asked about my insurance the lady told me that is between you and your insurance. Well if she doesn’t know about the different plans she should not be at the front desk

Attemting to buy prescription glasses as prescribed by a Heitmieir doctor . A written prescription was never given to me. I went to the Holiday location to order glasses. I was told to call the officr in Marrero I was instructed to request that they fax the prescription to Ms.Tina by Ms Tina. Then to call Ms Tina to verify her receipt of yhe prescription. I called ms tina the next two days and was instructed to leave name & number and my call would be returned It is the 4th day @ 9:30 am. Called the number listed and pressed 2 to check on glasses. Phone call disturbed the prrson who answered. I asked for ms Tina. Was told she doesnt work there. I asked if there was a number i could call and was told to look it ip.
