Ochsner Optical Lapalco

Very disappointing customer service. I ordered contacts and was told they would be shipped to my home. Instead, they were delivered to the vision center several days ago. I was never contacted to let me know they had arrived. I only found out by checking the shipping status myself, which showed they had been delivered two days earlier. Because no one notified me, I couldn’t pick them up before the office closed for the weekend. This was a major inconvenience and could have been avoided with a simple phone call.

Mrs. Yvonne at the Lapalco office goes above and beyond for her patients. She is attentive as soon as you walk in the door. I got my glasses the 10 day waiting period that was estimated for my purchase. I did not feel pushed to purchase anything extra but was shown all my options and was given prices as we went. I appreciate the time she took and the great customer service. Any time I am in the office she has made adjustments if necessary to the frame as well as clean them when needed.

Best eyeglass experience I’ve ever had! Brittany was so kind and professional. She went through everything with me (insurance, pricing, add ons, etc…) and helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses all in under 15 minutes! Brittany went above and beyond with her exceptional customer service! I highly recommend this location!

Took 2 weeks to receive. Had to send both pairs back for sub par work. Stuck with glasses I am very unhappy with. Overcharged for poor quality lender. I would not buy from them again.
