Dr. Ward was very thorough, really sweet and awesome. She spent time with me when normally doctors just rush you out. She’s a great person, and her front desk clerk was also so very sweet. I’ll be recommending her to everyone I know that needs an eye doctor. Keep up the great work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I took my boys today for their eye exam. Great 😊 experience as usual every year. Thank you Dr. Ward and her Receptionist for everything.

I went into today to have my prescription added to my favorite shades and he did a GREAT JOB! I’ve been going since 2022 and will travel further to get to them!

If I could give less than one star I would. My son had his eye exam here and it’s been down hill ever since. He waited two and a half weeks for his glasses to come in. When I called to check on them I was told “you can pay out of pocket or wait for them to come in. However long that takes.” The woman on the phone was extremely rude and dismissing. A month after receiving his glasses they were bent out of shape. I took them in to be reshaped and the guy was rude and told me “not to touch anything because I’m not cleaning this whole store again.” Three months later the glasses are completely broken. There was a warranty purchased with the glasses that now seems to have just been a money grab because no one knows anything about it. I called to get a copy of his prescription and explained that I couldn’t come in but I’d sign a form allowing the to release it via email. The lady on the phone, who refused to identify herself, said “nope we don’t do that. You have to come in.” I tried to explain to her that I couldn’t come in and that I didn’t have anyone I could send she says “look I’m not going back and forth either come in or you don’t want it.” Again trying to get some clarity I asked her name and she hung up in my face. I called back and it was more of the same. I normally don’t write reviews but this had to be said. I will never support this business again. I will make sure no one in my family supports this business again. I will make sure none of my friends support this business again. I think they have forgotten that without customers they won’t have a business. I’m more than willing to help them remember. Service is horrible and the product is just as bad.

I visited this eye doctor yesterday in desperate need of some contacts or glasses. Let’s just say I been ripped off $600. They are black folks & im black too! DONT GO THERE. She will use Jesus & whatever else she can to talk you into things you don’t want. When I asked to stick with Acuvu Oasis Contacts she got offended & said I didn’t trust her. After about 10 minutes I gave in & said “I trust your judgement” WRONG ANSWER! Horrible Horrible experience! To confirm I wasn’t losing my mind I called 3 different clinics to confirm my suspicions. I understand now why she paid her Lexus Jeep off in one year! She charges $140 per 12 count box of Accuvu Oasis, Walmart $74.50, 1-800 contacts $74.50 & my regular Doctor $77. After advising her I felt bamboozled she cared less. I was basically told I would have to pay $300 for 2 boxes & that’s “Just her price”😡 If you don’t want to be in JAIL do not go here! Trust me u will pay more in bond money & court fees. If you need proof I can email my bank statement to back me up! I promise you I’m not lying.
