The cashier was very curtious and we was in and out in seconds. That really suprised me becuz I am normally 1 hour trying to find what i need and 2 hours trying to pay for my stuff. Lol

i WISH there was an option to give negative stars. i was at walmart earlier today and witnessed two workers at the customer service desk being very rude and loud with a customer. the customer was kindly explaining to one of the workers that she was sent to customer service to checkout her stuff. there was man in front of her and had walked away and instead of the person on the register taking the next customer she intentionally pretended she wasn’t there and started talking to another employee. the lady asked her if she was done with the 1st customer and the worker rudely raised her voice and stuck her hand in customers face saying “no!” i just thought this was honestly one of the rudest things i’ve seen in public. if a worker can’t even do her job without an attitude she doesn’t need to be there at all. along with the other worker who sat there and berated the woman telling her she wanted to make it look like she didn’t know what she was doing. this went on literally until a manger came and deescalated the situation. VERY unprofessional

I scheduled a 12:30 oil change in advance and planned to wait in-store. I waited 2 hours before being told they hadn’t started my oil change yet. Why do you even have appointments? Auto center staff didn’t seem to care what this does to peoples’ days. One woman had been waiting 2.5 hours for her car when I left. I don’t expect a lot, but I expect better than this. Retail staff was very nice.

I always enjoy going to Walmart, Usually , I shop for specifics, so I get in & out. There was a good crowd shopping those sales today & there are sales. The store was clean & well stocked . The employees were courteous & helpful. 07/98/24 I went to Walmart to spend my People's HEALTH OTC we get every 3 months. I bought a few food items, there are some good sales going on . I ❤️ to shop early in the day.the store was clean & well stocked. Usually, i go to a person to check out my item. Ruby in scanning was sweet, patient &,courteous & helpful. I really appreciate the care & attention she gave me .after my 6 eye surgeries, two eyes are better than one. 😁 😆 ! Check them out!

The Walmart Supercenters in New Orleans offers a convenient one-stop shopping experience for a variety of needs where customers have access to a wide range of products and services. The stores generally maintain a good standard of cleanliness and organization. Customers can find an extensive selection of items ranging from electronics, home furniture, and appliances to toys, clothing, and baby gear. The checkout process is the ones of the strangest ones I've seen, there are 12 if not more self-checkout stations, but you can use them only if you have 15 items or less! Who comes to Walmart to buy only 15 items?!!?! Now this wouldn't have been such a big problem if they had the same number of typical checkout stations, but here there were only 3 opened and you had to wait at least 45 minutes to pay!!! I do not want to know what are the waiting times during peak hours. The staff is not that well prepared and it's hard to find someone who can help you, I had to wait for 10-15 minutes for an employee to come and unlock an item. Rate: 2.3/5 Overall, this Walmart offers a great variety at good value which makes them a solid choice for a shopping routine, but be prepared to wait if you need something or when you checkout.
