Staff was super friendly and very professional. Wide array of products and they were very helpful with suggestions. Ordering and pick was welcoming and very efficient. Couldn't have been a better experience.
As the sun rose and my mother picked me up to go to the eye doctor I was filled woth excitement to skip the rest of my school days. Once I arrived the staff was very dutiful and cared diligently for their patients. Courtney especially as a very great attitude she tended to us greatly she is kind sweet and funny. I 100% recommend this place as for my first experience it was eventful in the most positive way I could word it.🎄🩷
Tatiana made our visit so wonderful! From speaking on the phone to our little conversations during our appointment, she's so pleasant and very knowledgeable. The optometrist was quite lovely and explained everything in detail and in a warm, courteous manner. There was another lady there and she was cold. It seemed like we were a bother not sure if that's her personality or she just was bothered by us. The selection of glasses was good. They have different shapes, styles and sizes from famous designers. It was an overall good experience thanks to Tatiana!
I had a wonderful experience with Walmart Vision. I brought a prescription in from another optometrist and they were fine with that. They had a great selection of glasses. Prices were competitive. The new glasses were ready in 2 days but my Rx was wrong! I went back to the other doc and got a new Rx. Walmart corrected the glasses for free. Tatiana helped me through it all. She was so knowledgeable and patient! Highly recommend!
Customer service was great! The Doctor was great. I will return in the future.
