He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers questions without ever making you feel rushed, and truly listens to your concerns. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such expertise with genuine compassion, and Dr. Fruth does exactly that. The entire process, from the exam to choosing glasses, was smooth and stress-free. The team goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and confident in your care and your choices. You can tell they take pride in what they do and in serving their patients well. My son had an emergent medical eye situation. Not only did the work him in the days schedule, but Dr. Fruth was incredibly patient with this very challenging patient. He was able to work with my son and get him a treatment plan! This family is so very thankful for this practice.

Dr. Helderman is the best 5 star all the way.. You've got to appreciate a Doctor when he thinks of the patience, above and beyond, very professional.. Most Doctors goes by what the Insurance and / or government tells them, but not Dr. Helderman.. We need a lot more of these kind of Doctors around.. The staff was very professional, all the ones I talked with was very professional.. Thank you all so very much..

This place is incredibly disrespectful of my time. I had a 1:30pm appt and I'm still sitting in the lobby now and it's 2:32pm. I'm taking time off of work for this appointment and it's very stressful. The office staff is rude as well. I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. Followup: After another twenty minutes I finally got in to see the doctor. She was competent, helpful, and friendly. But overall, the rudeness of the staff and the length of the wait was too much for me. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
