I was most impressed with the appointment I had with Shane Hirst, OB/GYN. She made me feel like I was her only patient, being so thorough with her explanations or answering my questions. She knew the cause of my problem & what was needed to fix it. She gave me options of what my preference was in getting the problem resolved. I’ve never felt more comfortable with any medical staff member, anywhere. I would highly recommend Shane Hirst to any female patient. I did not know any one doctor nor had I been referred. The receptionist offered me the first available appointment & I accepted this offer. Thank you for the prompt service. I am very happy to have found this medical facility.

My dr at Sterling health takes the time to listen to me (which is actually hard to find!) and seems to really care. My kids see a dr here as well and my daughter adores dr Williams. He’s been my son’s Dr since his birth too.

Doctor Michelle Watkins and her nurse Erica are the best medical professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I don’t know what they’re getting paid but they deserve a raise. They take the time to listen to every concern you have and will do whatever it takes to help you. A couple of the front desk workers could be a little more helpful and friendly, I’ve heard of several people having issues with them. Overall the best primary care a family could ask for.
