I had such an amazing experience at Hendrix Vision! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. The staff really took their time with me and made the entire process of choosing glasses so easy and enjoyable. I never felt rushed or pressured, and they were genuinely interested in helping me find frames that I felt comfortable and confident in. Everyone I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. They gave me great advice when it came to choosing glasses and helped me understand my different options. You can tell that the staff really knows what they’re doing and cares about making sure every customer has a positive experience. What stood out to me the most was how friendly and patient everyone was. Picking out glasses can sometimes feel overwhelming with so many choices, but they made it fun and stress-free. The atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and comfortable from beginning to end. I’m so happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend Hendrix Vision to anyone looking for glasses or eye care. The combination of knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service, and genuinely kind people made such a difference. I will definitely be coming back in the future. We have been patients at this ophthalmology office for many years, and our entire family has always had a wonderful experience. The doctor and the entire staff are very professional, caring, friendly, and always take the time to listen and answer all our questions. I have ordered glasses and contact lenses through the office, and everything has always been ready on time. The service is excellent, and we can always count on them to take good care of us. It is very comforting to have a doctor and staff we trust and feel comfortable with. We truly appreciate their professionalism, kindness, and excellent care. We highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great ophthalmologist and a caring, reliable team!

Had the worst experience over the phone with the customer service. This lady was completely rude and dismissive of my questions. This type of attitude is totally unacceptable. I couldn't get the exact day when will I receive my glasses. Only after Yulia hung up on me and I had to call back Alina the manager gave me the date and still it was a struggle. I'm completely disappointed in the way they treated me I paid $560.00 for the lenses and to receive a treatment like that is completely unprofessional. I don't know why they feel entitled to treat customers in this type of manner. Had a totally different experience when I ordered my glasses and when I followed up on the order they were beyond unprofessional.

This has always been and will be my favorite place to buy my prescription glasses And Havemy eye exam and buy my sunglasses. The staff is knowledgeable and it’s always a pleasure to be there.

I had a very disappointing experience. I scheduled an appointment for 12:00 PM and arrived on time, only to be told at the front desk that there were still two people ahead of me. There was no apology or any attempt to acknowledge the inconvenience. When I explained that I had booked a specific time that worked for me, I was simply told that I could come back another day. That response is completely unacceptable. I have been a customer of this optical store for over 5 years, and unfortunately, the level of service has only gone downhill. There is a clear lack of respect for customers’ time. With this kind of attitude, it’s no surprise the business is declining. Very disappointing.
