I have always had such a wonderful experience at Henry Ford Optimize in Westland on Central City. The front desk is friendly, professional and very proficient. They always accommodate appointments and glasses are a fast turn around. The facility is very clean. Adjustment/depense dept also gets you in fast and does an amazing job. Coco was my absolutely amazing tech and she was very relatable and just a beautiful soul (wish I could give her 100 stars)You can tell the folks at this facility love their job and it shows. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone for all of your eye needs. Wish I could give 10 stars.

My first experience at Henry Ford OptimEyes was absolutely amazing, and I’m so glad I chose to come here. I’m someone who gets a little anxious going to doctor appointments, but from the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. The woman who did my initial exam was incredibly kind and welcoming, which immediately helped calm my nerves. I’m also so thankful I got to see Dr. Gill — she took her time explaining everything thoroughly, listened carefully to all of my concerns, and made me feel genuinely cared for instead of rushing through my exam. And Coco was absolutely the best when it came to helping me pick out glasses. She helped me find frames that fit my face shape, matched my style, which I truly appreciated. The entire experience felt warm, professional, and personalized from beginning to end. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care and a team that truly makes you feel comfortable and valued.

A great experience until something happens with your frames. I’ve been coming here my entire life basically. My husband’s frames broke within 1 month of receiving them — we were 100% be honest about how they broke. He was sitting at work and they just popped as if the lens was too big for the frame, and the frame split on the bottom right corner. They didn’t even try to see if it was defective or factory issue, just stated it was good that we bought the protection plan to get 70% off. So on top of paying $1300 last month, we’re paying another $80 to fix the frames that broke completely on their own. They got their $80 but are losing lifelong customers sadly.

I had one of the best experiences ever picking out glasses here with Coco. She was incredibly thorough and very educated regarding eyesight, eye care, and glasses care. She explained everything I needed to know regarding what type of lenses work best for me and my astigmatism. I've been wearing glasses my whole life and never enjoyed having to get new frames or lenses due to the cost but Coco made my experience fun and did everything she could to help me get the best price. I can't recommend this super center and Coco enough. You can tell Coco truly loves helping people find exactly what they need in lenses and frames. Thank you!!
