Very bad experience here. I asked at least 3 times during my visit if my insurance was good. 2 different people assured me it was. 3 days later I get a call from them saying my insurance wasn't covering my glasses. I said ok fine, cancel my order. Then they said there would be a re stocking fee. The lady on the phone made it pretty clear that it was probably all my fault. Absolutely horrible. Never going back.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly from start to finish! Carol was the tech that worked with me to make my selections for regular and sun glasses. The pick up was a good experience. But the lady i ordered my glasses & fitted me for them was great went above & beyond. Her name was Katina she was totally AWESOME!!!
