Eye Care One - Taylor

I’m extremely pleased with my experience here. I used to have this eye care one location as my primary go-to location but over the last couple years went to a closer location out of convenience and ended up coming back. I love how thorough Doctor Abby is with her testing and is very patient with all of my questions (and I tend to have a lot!) Abby explains everything in detail and does not skip a beat. Pleasant staff at the front desk too. Thank you!

Love this eye care office! I tried this office after the office I had been going to closed. I had been there for over 20 years so I was worried about the change. Dr. Maus is so kind and truly listens to you when you have concerns. I never feel rushed, which I appreciate. The office staff is equally nice, comforting, and attentive. I normally only order what my insurance covers through them and then I take my prescription elsewhere to buy the rest and I have never had an issue doing this. I don't normally write reviews, but this office is truly 5 stars. I highly recommend.

Eye Care One is the only optometrist office I’ve been to, and I’ve always been satisfied with their service. Dr. Maus is very nice and comfortable to be around and always answers questions thoroughly. I’ve also had no issues with the girls at the front desk, they’re all very kind, helped me learn to put in contacts, and answered all my questions with ease! They also don’t pressure you into buying new frames or contacts or anything, office is clean, no complaints!

Terrible experience after ordering glasses, they don't update you on the status of your order. I had to make repeat calls for an update being assured that someone would call me when my glasses are in. This morning I call to be informed they came in two days ago. This was my second time going here, I will not be going back.

It’s really a shame I’m in the trades and my glasses are everything to me it’s sad I gotta go 4 weeks without them because of constant delays it put me on hold for work and I can’t legally drive without them never in my life have I encountered such laziness no one so have to be put threw this I went to just simply wanted to get new frames because mine broke and they told me my prescription had expired and the frames I wanted where in there other store and that it would be a over night process to get them and that it would be ten business days now ten business days later never received a called to even be informed about a delay I had to call back to back cuz they don’t answer that first time they never do with my experience I get told constantly from them that there gonna be a two day delay every couple business days I wait don’t come here if your a trades men or in any field in that matter these people will cost you and will make you lose money this has all been a big waste of time and effort for something so little please don’t give any business to these people there just gonna be messing with people lives
