This place is terrible...so slow! My mom had an appointment and we have been waiting over an hour and they still have not seen her. My time and everyone else's is important...do better😡 Also all the glass, trash and liquor bottles in the parking lot. Will never go to the location again
Dr Kleinfeldt performed my cataract surgery and did an amazing job. He is a highly skilled and top notch surgeon and opthalmologist. The staff has always been professional and friendly. I continue to visit this office for many years. Satisfied patient since 2018.
Where do I start? I will start by saying the staff is so awesome At Dearborn and the Livonia location, but my special shout out to my doctor Kleinfieldt He is such a awesome Dr who gave me my quality of life back and I can just imagine when I have the second surgery for my right eye. I’m gonna be so overwhelmed with gratitude and thankfulness I will want to hug him. Thank you for taking your time and getting to know each one of your patient’s and your dedication to our vision will never go unnoticed. God bless you!!!! Appointment at 1:15, watched about 15 or more people come in with later appointments come and go. We didn't get waited on for 2 hours, watched everyone scheduled after us leave. they said they were busy and 2 doctors ...I don't know why that was an excuse for him having to wait so long. This is partly why we left Southfield. I watched the waiting room fill-up and empty 3 times. I am happy with Dr. Verb but not with the scheduling.
The retina specialist is great. The other dr not so much he doesn't really spend much time explaining things. Where as the retina specialist does
