I had to go to Fortney eye care, for safety glasses. Before going into eye exam I hinted on getting another pair/ frames. Optometrist was great an very knowledgeable, an professional. By the time my exam was over the staff, Optican named Terry had pick out the perfect frames for me. I was very happy. It made my day. Thanks again Eric

This was my first visit and it went really well. I was able to find the perfect frames with help from Ash and the doc was very helpful explaining everything. It was a great experience.

The doctor took his time explaining things to me and showing me my scan so I could better understand what was going on with my eyes. The staff was great and friendly.

I recommend for no one to do business with these people. Could not figure out how to do billing on two separate cards. Meaning my eye med let alone my $260 supplemental through my flex card. Took us over two weeks to get a credit back to the flex card. Neither employee knew how to do. The billing couldn’t get a phone call returned didn’t even bother calling me back to say we figured it out how to do billing. I guess they didn’t want the Business. A woman named DIAMOND was very rude and hung up on me after a week and a half of nobody trying to make a sale let alone remedy the issues. Do not give these people business. They don’t care very dirty store also.

I switched Optometrists 3 years ago because I absolutely love the customer service there. Would I recommend Fortney to my friends & family? Absolutely! My experiences there has always been nothing but exceptional!
