This is the best eye care place I've been to, I went to SVS vision prior to coming here and their customer service was trash, let alone their prices - everything was perfect upon going to Elite Eye care (God bless my girlfriend's mom for putting me on to them!) I've found the best looking glasses and the best deals on them too! God bless every employee here! 😁

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I brought my son in for an eye exam, and right away I noticed their glasses were significantly more expensive than what we’ve paid elsewhere. Because of that, I ended up going back to his previous provider (the only reason I didn’t go there in the first place was their long wait time) and ordered his glasses there instead. Once his glasses came in, we discovered the prescription from this office was off by more than 2 points—which is a huge difference. That’s not a minor error; it completely affects his vision. I went back to address the issue, and the situation only got worse. The office was chaotic, with customers arguing loudly, and the environment felt unprofessional. When I finally spoke to the manager, they implied that the mistake was somehow my son’s fault, which was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. After pushing back, they redid the exam, but somehow the result ended up being the same as his original prescription—leaving my son still unhappy and uncomfortable with his vision. Now I’m stuck paying out of pocket for yet another exam and new lenses because of their mistake. Overall, this experience was stressful, costly, and handled very poorly. I would not recommend this place.

I have been going to Elite Eyecare for past five years.Nicole was excellent as was the doctor exam .She helped me use insurance and OTC rewards card that paided for everything.She was professional and pleasant.She helped me chose a frame.The doctor checked for diabetic retina and found I didn't have it.going in with anxiety coming out reassured with new glasses!!ty nanci

Absolute best eye care facility 100 miles in each direction. Don’t let the small unnoticeable building fool you. Andrew is an amazing manager. His hospitality and professionalism mannerism accompanied with his homely demeanor make for a pleasant experience both choosing what is needed exam wise and picking frames and specialized lenses. Very knowledgeable guy. 10/10 will return again as I have been a customer for 2 years now.

I’ve been ordering glasses my whole life, and I have never had an experience like this. Nicole was incredible — she broke everything down in a way that actually made sense and helped me make the best decisions based on what I wanted and what I needed. She even measured my pupillary distance and other details that no one has ever taken the time to do for me. She didn’t make decisions for me or try to upsell anything — she just gave me the knowledge and guidance to choose confidently. You can tell she’s been doing this for decades. Her expertise in eyeglasses, fitting, and insurance is on another level. The rest of the staff is lovely too, always smiling and super helpful! I genuinely enjoy coming here😊
