It's been a long time since I've been treated with respect and caring by a medical professional. Dr. Ball was able to be a decent and caring human being which is a rare thing in today's medical community. I haven't left a medical appointment since 2015 where the medical professional were decent and showed they cared. I haven't received my new eyeglasses yet. I'll update if necessary. Thank you Dr Ball for being a kind and caring person. The whole office of those I encountered were very nice and helpful. Plus they invested into the waiting area and have seating that was comfortable and welcoming.

Very happy with Henry Ford OtimEyes Commerce. They are all very friendly, kind and helpful. All the ladies gave input on helping me pick my new frames. When I dropped in to pick up my new glasses, they took the time to help my husband pick new frames and get new lenses. Fit us in, without complaint, and got it done. Completely awesome!! Highly recommend.

Dr. Bell, the optometrist at Henry Ford Optimeyes on Union Lake Road in Commerce Twp.,, is very knowledgeable, and he is also very kind and compassionate. He spent a lot of his time explaining an eye issue I was having and helping me to figure out what steps I needed to take to resolve the situation. And Linda, the optician, was also very caring and experienced in fitting me for new glasses. I would highly recommend this clinic for its proficient and caring staff.

Linda has helped me pick out frames in the past & she helped me again at this visit. She is excellent at giving advice about the look of the frames on your face, with your skin & hair color, etc. She is also very honest & personable. I love Dr. Bell too!!! He is such a wonderful doctor & very easy to talk to. I’ve actually never encountered anyone at this location that was not very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend Commerce Optim Eyes to anyone!
