My wife and I visited Optimize on April 9, 2026 to pick my new glasses. Brianna helped me with them. Brianna is a very kind and professional representative of Optimize. She helped me understand how my glasses actually work by explaining and diagramming the different layers of trifocal vision. I was really moved and impressed with how much she cared about my vision, my eyes. I have been going to Optimize for over 15 years and never had someone explain my glasses to me and show so much concern and care. Brianna made my day!!!

The optical technician who worked with me (I wish I’d noted his name) was very professional and efficient. My doctor, Dr. Selena Nehmeh, was outstanding. Great level of care. The optician who helped me, Joe, had great taste in frames and encouraged me to choose something a little more daring than I would have chosen on my own. They took care of all the insurance stuff. All in all, it’s a great experience.

The doctor here is excellent — professional, thorough, and clearly knows what they're doing. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was not up to the same standard. After my exam, I waited almost 20 minutes in the hallway to buy my glasses. When I asked the receptionist about it, she was dismissive and said there were people ahead of me, adding that I could just pay for the consultation and leave if I didn't want to wait. Once I saw she didn't care and decided to just pay, she then said only one person was actually ahead of me — the story didn't add up, and the attitude was unnecessary. I ended up paying for the consultation and leaving without getting my glasses. Great doctor, but the customer service needs real improvement. I'll be filling my prescription elsewhere.

It was such a pleasure working with Joe. He helped me with four pairs of glasses. And start to finish he was so thorough and patient. Throughout the process of measuring and ordering, he triple-checked everything before submitting the order. I would definitely recommend. It was a great experience all around. Thanks again, Joe!!!

I had a really good experience here! Dr. Atilla Erhan explained everything very thoroughly and made sure we understood everything clearly. The staff members were also very helpful and understanding throughout the whole visit. Krissy Martin helped us pick out glasses, and I really appreciated how she gave her honest opinions in such a kind and respectful way. As someone who likes getting opinions, she made the process so much easier and more comfortable. Overall, everyone was amazing!
