I had an excellent experience at this eye doctor's office. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The staff took my concerns seriously and made me feel like my eye health was their top priority. The entire examination process was comfortable, thorough, and highly professional. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated the personal touch and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding eye care.

Andrew who delivered my glasses was very patient and took his time to make sure the fit of my glasses was correct and they were comfortable. Nancy D. the optician who assisted me in picking my glasses and ensuring the bifocal was marked correctly is kind, patient, friendly and has tremendous interpersonal skills. A true asset to the OptimEyes in West Bloomfield.

Dr. Hines is the best! She takes time to explain what is going on in the exam, she’s professional AND friendly, a rare combination to find these days. The technician who helped me find my new glasses was patient with as I tried on what seemed to be an extraordinary amount. She was helpful in picking out the perfect frames. The best people work there!

Everyone is friendly. Jim, the general manager is very professional and polite and we appreciate him for that. Thank you optimeyes. Not all of your stores are run this well. Oh and I do like my glasses! He helped me pick a great pair! Can't wait to see my sunglasses!
