Henryetta eye center is a great facility for all your eye care needs. Dr. Black does a fantastic job in taking care of my eye health. He is extremely knowledgeable, great with children and adults. He doesn't over schedule, and is prompt to get you in quickly and is willing to explain my care plan. Big shout out to Dr. Black and to all the eye care staff .
I have been a patient of Dr. LaValley for nearly 30 years. I was always happy with my eye care. This past January I saw Dr. Mulliniks for my yearly exam. I will not be going back to Henryetta Eye Center. It took 2 phone calls and 6 weeks to get them to mail me my contacts when they said they would when I checked out. But the real kicker is that they filed my yearly exam with Medicare instead of my eye insurance. Of course, Medicare paid nothing on a yearly exam. After making a phone call and writing a letter to Dr. Mulliniks, they refused to right their error. My eye insurance had paid for the exact same exams in the years past. I would not recommend for anyone to use Henryetta Eye Center.
Dr. Black is the best!! He did such a great job in my exam. I have never been happier at an eye doctor. I will be going back and recommending to all of my friends!
Dr. Muliniks is one of the worst doctors i have seen. She is extremely defensive if you feel like your prescription is not correct and does not like to help. The worst eye doctor experience I’ve ever had! Do not recommend. Most of the staff is also unkind and not helpful. Go anywhere else.
They are excellent there. The staff is friendly In knowledgeable and when they’re able to work you in for an emergency, they always have got me worked right in and just very sweet.
