The staff is friendly, professional, and makes the whole visit smooth from start to finish. Appointments are handled efficiently, and you never feel rushed or overlooked. It’s the kind of place you trust with something as important as your eyesight, and that peace of mind keeps us coming back.

I had a really good experience at The Eye Center. The staff is very nice, attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. I saw Dr. Fulps, and he was easily able to identify and diagnose the issue with my eyes. He provided helpful measures for me to take to help correct the issue with excessive dry eyes. I will follow his recommendations with hope he will see signs of improvements at my follow-up appointment.

I went to Okmulgee office for eye exam and glasses. If you notice in the picture they sit crooked in the case eye center gave me and you can clearly tell one temple is longer that the other. When I recived glasses they were crooked. They said they would switch but the gave me back same frame, did not know I had taken picture of frames. Left messages for Nicole she never returned call. I called Bixby they were rude offered no resolution. Finally got someone who said they would issue refund my out of pocket but still no glasses they refused to make it right. Nicole finally called to fire me as a patient. I have been waiting on refund for 3 months, they claim to have mailed it 4 times but I have never seen it.

The staff at the Eye Center are accommodating, always go above & beyond. I called last minute to move my appointment up the night before & they were able to get me in first thing in the morning. Listened to every word I said, calmed every nerve with his/her answers, efficiently & effortlessly knew where & what I was looking for, and gave the most exceptionally thorough care like the good Lord intended for us. Professional, patient, courteous, encouraging, energetic, and with every encounter I left feeling confident with their expertise. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 1,000%

Such wonderful people! I’m a former patient (changed insurance) but I came back when a screw got lost in my old glasses. They immediately fixed it and cleaned my glasses for no charge. So grateful for them and will definitely be bringing my daughter for eye exams here!
