We brought our special needs adult daughter for an eye exam. The entire staff was so patient and understanding. Dr. Chumley is knowledgeable and friendly. The entire experience was very pleasant

WORST SERVICE EVER! My entire family has been established patients, but our last experience was unacceptable. I provided my mom’s new Medicare information when booking, yet they made 3 rude payment calls and sent a text within 5 minutes because of THEIR error before her appointment. When I pointed this out, there was no apology—only more rudeness. Even worse, inaccurate information by front office staff was entered into my mom’s medical record by Dr Brown and had to be corrected. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Patients deserve respect, accurate records, and accountability. BEWARE!
Hands down, the best place to get your eyes checked and purchase glasses. Dr. Chumley all the time needed to review the health of your eyes and to make sure you have the right prescription. Very personable! The glasses cost more than what you pay at Costco, but you get what you pay for. The lenses are MUCH better than Costco! My family and I have been seeing Dr. Chumlee since 2014. We plan to move to the other side of Houston, but worth the drive to keep seeing Dr. Chumlee.
