The doctors take their time during the exam, explain everything clearly, and make sure your vision needs are fully addressed. The team that helps with selecting contacts and glasses is also fantastic—they are patient, knowledgeable, and make the process easy and enjoyable. Always a pleasant visit here. From the front desk till you walk out the door, everyone is very knowledgeable and Dr's are very thorough in their exams. This practice is quick to deliver your glasses as well. If you ever need an adjustment you can walk in and get the help you need from any staff person, while you wait! For many years I have been a client of Dr. Henry and his team. I have always been given high quality care from them. I appreciate Dr. Henry's excellent knowledge along with his pleasant personality. Also, his technician, MacKenzie, takes her time to explain clearly every step I am asked to take and is also very pleasant to work with. Yesterday I called their office with an eye issue I was having and was very anxious to find out what the problem was before I had to leave for a trip in three days. The team, including the office staff, scheduled me to come in right away. Dr. Henry reviewed my issue after some testing and took his time to explain my condition and answered a lot of my questions. They sincerely care for their patients and their well-being. I would highly recommend Dr. Henry and his team.
