I’ve been going to herslof for years and the new Dr Dr Blankenbehler is absolutely amazing,he’s so friendly and has such an amazing personality. Eileen who works in front is so nice and friendly. I won’t go anywhere else.

This was the worst experience ever! Discrimination at its finest! Upon arrival, staff appeared to be very uncomfortable. I was treated very poorly and asked if I could afford my contact eye exam by the doctor! I was given the wrong information about the service that I was receiving. when I asked questions, staff began to act as if I was being problematic. Staff didn’t want to release my prescription for my eye exam. This experience was with Kathy,Eileen and the doctor. Last but not least,they allowed another customer to verbally attack me regarding my visit because I questioned the service that I received. Stop the hate ! Spread LOVE ❤️ NOT HATE🙏.

The worst experience I have ever had and very disappointed. Our eye appointment was June 27th 2024. Glasses came back not correct they were to send them back to get corrected. Today is 8/27/ 24 and I am still waiting for my glasses. We called them back at the beginning of August after NOT hearing from them. Glasses were miss placed/lost and order was not sent in to get corrected.

I'm surprised at the poor reviews! They must have replaced the mean lady in the other reviews because when I visited yesterday for the first time, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. There was also a family with young children present and she was equally as kind to them. In fact, I thought everyone at the clinic was very nice. They helped me with my eye exam, and gave me advice on all the options I have for affording frames, and I'm pretty happy overall with the experience. Don't be afraid of coming! Judging by the previous reviews, they must have shaped up a lot.
