Great service today from Kristine. Cleaned up and replaced nose pads on an old pair of glasses and refit my most recent pair to actually align the progressive lenses correctly. All with a smile and friendly attitude…thanks Kristine!
Kristine was very efficient and patient with me. I had a lot of frame selections and she helped me narrow down with my choices. All of the staff were kind and helpful. It was a great visit today!!

I can’t say enough good things about Wisconsin Vision! I had been putting off getting new glasses for over a year because I was anxious about choosing frames and worried I wouldn’t find anything I liked. I walked in expecting a stressful experience. Laura and Kristine changed that. They were patient, kind, and encouraging, and did not make me feel rushed OR overwhelmed. They helped me narrow down options, gave honest feedback, and truly cared about helping me find glasses that suited me. You can tell they genuinely want their patients to feel confident. I walked in feeling unsure and left excited to wear glasses again which is something I NEVER thought I’d say. Their support helped me regain confidence I had lost. The eye doctor was fantastic as well. The exam was thorough, professional, and judgment-free, and everything was explained clearly. I felt comfortable the entire time. Exceptional customer service is rare, but everyone at Wisconsin Vision made me feel valued and cared for. I’m so grateful for this experience and won’t be going anywhere else for my eye care. Everyone at the Silvernail location was friendly and helpful, and provided great customer service. The gentleman who checked me in was very welcoming. Laura was sweet and helped me pick a pair of frames that looked good and she went over every lens and coating option available to make sure I got the right glasses for my needs. Dr. Decker-Riddle made me feel comfortable and explained every step of the exam. Overall my first visit to Wisconsin Vision was excellent and I highly recommend this location and staff.
