Aalitzia provided me outstanding customer service for all my glasses needs. From start to finish, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making sure you’re satisfied. She takes the time to listen, offers great recommendations, and makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell she truly values her customers and takes pride in what she does. after not being open for calls due to a non-advertised hour long lunch break where apparently every single person was on break and no single being could answer a single phone, i called after an extended time (giving people time to settle back after their lunch, and get back to their jobs) but apparently this grace period was not long enough. i waited an additional 30 MINUTES on voicemail hold until someone deigned to actually answer the phone. and the person who i spoke to was brusque, rude and didn't seem to a firm grasp of the english language. she then tried to make me pay for a contact lens "fitting" (another excuse to charge my insurance, again) and then tried to make me schedule another eye exam because apparently it had been too long for my prescription to still be valid. this prescription still had 4 months until i needed a new one. when i challenged her about this ludicrous demand, she became even more rude (through her broken english) and then HUNG UP ON ME, midsentence. this is a scam establishment. AVOID.

I had a very disappointing experience today at Herslof Opticians. After trying for several months to get an appointment, I finally had one scheduled for 4:00 PM on February 16, 2026. I arrived early at 3:45 PM, but realized I had forgotten my ID. The receptionist told me I needed it to check in. I immediately drove home to get it and returned as quickly as possible. I arrived back at 4:02 PM — only two minutes after my scheduled time. Despite explaining that I had originally arrived early and rushed back, the receptionist refused to check me in or allow me to keep my appointment. After waiting months for this appointment, it was very frustrating to be turned away over a two-minute delay, especially when I made every effort to be on time. I understand offices have policies, but some flexibility and understanding would have been appreciated. Very disappointing experience.

This was my first visit at this location, and everyone was very kind, and professional. From check in, to our exams, fitting, and receiving our glasses. My son and I worked with Michelle, and her and her team made gave my son and I a nice experience. I will be returning there for all our future eye glasses.

Always a great experience. Doctor is through video but other then that ladies who are there are great help.
