Optometrist Inside Target Optical

One of the best eye exam experiences I've had. Fast teamwork, did not have to wait to get seen. People here are direct and informative, willing to help and go the extra mile to make sure all your needs are met. I could tell their main interest was to help and not just to sell you as much. Definitely sticking to this place. I usually hop around places when buying new glasses since I'm not fond of their selling practices or lack of true interest in the customer. The main doctor is was fast and willing to ask any questions, The receptionist had a great attitude and also willing to help. I usually don't make reviews, though this team was definitely worth the review for me.

Everyone one was great Kaia helped me pick out frames! She was very nice a wonderful person! Dr Heinecke was excellent! He listened to my needs setting my prescription. First time in the last 5 years leaving an eye doctor I was happy with the procedure!

I love the service that I receive at the Target location on Chase Avenue in Milwaukee, WI. Dr. Heneicke is an experienced, professional and pleasant eye doctor and trust my eye care at this location. Jasmine and Kaia assisted me with scheduling and appointment in person,and were able to provide some emergency contacts until my appointment day. The customer service of this team is above and beyond and this great service brings me back year after year. I would give a 5 star review but the Target Optical online scheduling system and password resets were not helpful so I had to schedule in person. Scheduling in person was not bad, it was fast and friendly and I managed to get in right away.

My husband and I visited the Optical department at the Chase Ave. Target store for eye exams and to get new glasses. I was helped by Kaia Dunlap on 2 separate occasions and both times Kaia was friendly, sincere, helpful and knowledgeable. Kaia helped both of us pick out our frames and she really made us feel like she was committed to making us leave happy. We were very happy with the excellent service we both received from Kaia.
