I am grateful for the great customer service I received at this location. Arlette went above and beyond to help me solve a problem. All the ladies are very personable, helpful, and respectful. I had a very good experience.
Nice place but the only issue I have is the voicemail I received when I was able to pick up my glasses. The lady on the voicemail said that they were closed the weekend, but right here on Google it says they are open on Saturdays closed on Sundays. So I drove all the way there and it turns out that they are closed Saturdays but open on Sunday's. They definitely need to change the hours on the website here. Very very confusing and misleading information.
I do not recommend this provider at all. Walking into the exam room, I was shocked at the lack of cleanliness for a room meant for patient exams. I decided to cancel my exam before even sitting in the chair. It was not comfortable to consider receiving an eye exam in an unhygienic environment.
The woman working the KK & Oklahoma location is unprofessional and rude. We visited there because my wife’s employer uses them and has an account for workplace eyeglass replacement every year. We had an appointment scheduled at 10 AM and the only person there was the rude female employee and nobody to give the eye exam. She cared less and was very indifferent and accused me of having an attitude. She had absolutely no customer service skills at all. Prior to that visit when I made an inquiry via the phone on a number of occasions, it always went to voicemail and you were not able to leave messages. There are many more places to visit that’ll treat you better and have a better variety. Don’t come here.
Lady i called, didn't like me to type in the number she was telling me to call for scheduling. Said "well, i'm not going to listen the beeping in my ear" and hung up after i told her i didn't have a piece or paper at the moment because she couldn't bare listening to 7 beeps as a typed in a new number. Will not be trusting this place with my eye balls, no way. Honestly avoid if you want to deal with customer service that doesn't have the time or effort for you.
