Metro Eye

I see Amy because I think she is the BEST optometrist in Milwaukee. She is incredibly skilled. After my initial exam by staff, she came in with full knowledge of the brain surgery I had 6 months ago and explained what could be happening to my eyesight and next steps. I really appreciate how through she was and while optometrists are not technically “doctors” I felt very safe and comfortable with her. She is outstanding and her staff are also really knowledgeable and friendly.

Fantastic experience! It was my first appointment with Dr Jankowski and I could not be more impressed. What stood out most was how much time and care she put into my visit. She listened to all my concerns, never rushed me and explained things so thoroughly. It was obvious that she wanted my specific eye care solution to work for me and my lifestyle. I have already recommended her to several friends and will send my adult kids there too!

I don’t write reviews very often, but this time I have to. I was visiting from out of town and had a problem that needed an optician. The concierge at our hotel told me that he uses Metro Eye, so I walked over to their office. I received a friendly greeting at the front desk and was instantly handed over to an incredibly-nice person who quickly solved my problem, and then refused to let me pay them. If I move to Milwaukee, there’s no question that I would be a regular customer of Metro Eye.

It had been years since I had seen an eye doctor and when I finally dragged myself in the appointment was much better than expected. The doctors and entire staff were professional and non-judgmental regarding my long gap between eye exams, and I was impressed by the breadth of technology they used to perform the exam. Their online scheduling was extremely convenient and I was able to get an appointment very quickly--a huge perk.

Dr. Amy is a very competent and caring eye doctor. I have been seeing her every year for about 15 years. Hard to believe. She is the best!
