I had a real nice time picking out my frames! Boss lady Marlene, Nina and Tina helped me pick out the best for my face and budget. They have excellent cat Eye selections. My son seemed very happy with all the staff as well! Welcoming environment.

This place treats people who need state insurance like a total inconvenience and will put them on hold and ignore their phone calls. I had an inactive insurance provider on my account and was told its on my "portal " but there is no way I can access my portal. Was told to "call the state" to have them remove the inactive provider. I asked who do I call. They just say "sir I just told you, you need to call the state!".... oh I am sorry ma'am, I didn't realize the state of Wisconsin had a phone number. ... now that I have everything cleared up (hour or so later) at 3:35 I call and get an answering machine: "im sorry we are closed, we are open from 8am-4pm and on lunch between noon and 1:30. Please call back during business hours." I screen recorded the call zooming in and showing it wasn't even :40 after. Now uts been 3 days calling in to schedule an eye exam and literally get put on hold immediately and no one answers. Yesterday my phone sat on hold for 4 hours.... literally was doing house chores and had the phone in background on hold and in 4 hours no one answered and all of a sudden, the hold music turned into "im sorry we are closed..... these receptionist are literally the worst. SOME PEOPLE SHOULD NOT WORK IN HEALTH CARE. SERIOUSLY!!! HOW RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL CAN YOU BE TO JUST IGNORE PEOPLE. they already know it's someone using state insurance because you have to call a specific phone number if using state insurance. So they know its someone who is financially struggling and they treat them with no respect whatsoever and it is disgusting to think they work in Healthcare!!! Shame on you, DO BETTER!!! (UPDATE AFTER SITTING ON HOLD FOR THE 3RD DAY IN A ROW (27 MINUTES TODAY) AND AFTER GETTING THE STATE TO REMOVE THE INACTIVE INSURANCE, NOW IM TOLD I HAVE TO CALL MY HMO AND GAVE THEM PUT "NO" ON MY COVERED BY OTHER INSURANCE.... THIS ENTIRE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM IS BOGUS AND WE SERIOUSLY NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. WHY IS IT SO HARD FOR PEOPLE TO GET HELP WITH JUST TRYING TO LIVE A HEALTHY LIFE!!! AND WHY SO MANY HOOPS JUST FOR A FRIGGIN EYE EXAM. ITS SO GARBAGE. ITS HOING ON 2 WEEKS JUST TO GET CLEARANCE FOR A SIMPLE EYE EXAM. THAT MOST LIKELY WILL BE DIGITAL AND NOT EVEN REQUIRE A DOCTOR WHATSOEVER... GAAAHHHHH!!!!🤬🤬🤬 ANSWER THE DARN PHONE!!!!!!!

Rebecca, Mauline, Tina and Bryan are the best. My experience was lovely, not uncomfortable, easy, personable and overall I felt like I was just going to see old friends. Thank you all very much for making my eye exam worth it.

The girl at the desk is very lazy and rude would not get me started on getting glasses while I was waiting, literally refused to help in any way, the only bright spot here is the young guy behind the desk otherwise I'd avoid this place altogether. The display with the glasses are filthy and disorganized as well, the selections are outdated, not to mention it took a month to get the glasses. My first time doing business with them will definitely be my last.

I had a great experience at the vision mart on 130 e cap , the two ladies that be in the front one with locs and the other had a short pink hair i didn’t catch their names but they were amazing and sweet . but the other older lady is something so rude if she don’t like her job no one told her to be there . but thank you other girls for the great experience!
