Isabelle and Nada are amazing! I trust their opinion on frames as they will quickly veto the ones that don't fit my face shape. I bought new glasses a few months ago and Isabelle provided incredible customer service. I first needed an adjustment, then different lens, and she was very accommodating-making sure I was happy with the end result. I love my glasses. Today I went back for sunglasses and they helped me once again. They are straightforward and decisive, which gets me in and out quickly.

I had the most delightful time at Wisconsin Vision! I booked an appointment very easily online for an eye exam with the thought to get a new pair of glasses same day. The optometrist was highly knowledgeable and made my eye exam as simple as possible. However, the best part of my visit was picking out new frames! I’ve worn a similar style for a few years now, so I wanted to find something that felt new. I worked with Nada and the other great associates to find frames that had personality but still fit my face. I tried on about half the store but it was worth it to hear real feedback on what looked good. After finding frames I liked, I got my eyes fitted , which I had never done before. I would highly recommend Wisconsin Vision Downtown to anyone looking for glasses of any sort. Especially collaborating with Nada, made my visit much more enjoyable as we worked to find new frames. Additionally they had a decent sale which made a backup pair a bit more affordable.

The downtown team is amazing! They really take the time to understand what you’re looking for and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. They exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate their help and care!

Nada is absolutely amazing!! She is hands down the best little lady out there. She’s so sweet, friendly and a little bit silly. She’s also quite helpful and quick as well. I will def be back!

Love the team at this location. Love my glasses and lenses. Their lenses are the clearest and most durable one ever owned. I've been back in twice... once to replace a lost screw and again to replace a nose pad. Nada took care of me quickly each time with her trademark sincerity and humor. Count me as a loyal customer.
