STAY AWAY!!! PARKING NON EXISTENT and you have to pay. My appt was at 9:30. When I arrive, there are about 50 patients waiting to be seen, there are no available seats because there is a lot of people, too many in a cramped space. I ask the front desk, how long do I have to wait. Very calmly she responds, minimum 2 hours to be seen and about 2 hours more after you are called... RIDICULOUS. So minimum 4 hours but could be longer. THAT'S abuse, majority of the people are old. Thankfully it's not an emergency, I'll try my luck elsewhere, where they might value people's time. I understand you always have to wait to be seen but a minimum of 4 hours, with "an appt" is beyond ridiculous.

After waiting almost a month for my mom’s appointment with Dr. Mansur. I received a text message saying it was canceled. No call, no explanation, just a reschedule notice. A few minutes later, another text came through with the new appointment… three months out, all the way in July. That is completely unacceptable! To make matters worse, my mom had already completed all the required pre-examinations needed to see this doctor for eyelid surgery. So this wasn’t just a routine visit, we had already invested time, effort, and coordination into getting her cleared for this appointment. We had arranged transportation and I coordinated time off work to take her. The lack of basic courtesy, like a simple phone call, shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for patients’ time. When I called to ask why, I was told the doctor had a “schedule change.” However, when I originally booked the appointment, the staff had already warned me that cancellations happen because they overbook, apparently scheduling 4–5 patients every 15 minutes and expecting people to wait hours. That alone should have been a red flag. This kind of disorganized, high-volume scheduling at the expense of patient care is unacceptable. We will be finding another ophthalmologist. Just a heads up to anyone considering this office, this seems to be their normal way of operating.

Everything is a wait at Aran. First a wait 1 hour past the appointment, then a wait in the room for the doctor and finally a long wait to make followup appointment. :(

The office has rescheduled my son appointment for 3 times. He needs to be seen soon as possible. Left a couple of voicemail messages and no return call back. He complaints the back of his eye is in severe pain. Can anyone assist us?

Staff members ok could be more attentive .Dr. Gonzalez was excellent would highly recommend her. gave a three because of the long waiting time all together we were there almost 4 hours. Once we were called there was to much changing of examing rooms & the waiting time to be called to change from one room to another was a bit long & tiring.
