When I first walked in, I was greeted by Kathy, who was very friendly and welcoming. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick out the most beautiful frames. There were a lot of frames to pick from, and the place was spotless and extremely clean and well kept. My glasses were ready to be picked up within a few days, I was surprised at how quickly they were ready. I was given my glasses in a beautiful bag with a cloth, cleaner spray, and a pen. You can tell the owners care about their customers and the impression that they give off to the public. This is my new go to place for glasses, and I highly recommend them.

I truly want to be Hicksville Optical repeat customer - the range of products is sufficient and their prices are reasonable. But the business is making it very difficult - why even have a phone number if there is no-one answering it, ever? There isn't an online option either (like America's Best). I can't go in person everytime I need something.

Love love the customer service. Very friendly and helpful. I never in my life had such amazing customer service experience. They have gorgeous glasses selection. I couldn't choose which one to pick out, luckily Kathy was helping me out to choose the perfect style of glasses. I definitely recommend doing your exam the experience is extremely excellent. Definitely coming back.

Best optical ever, amazing customer service, huge selection is of frames. I highly recommend it. Kathy their manager is amazing 👏🏻 she helped me and answered all my questions about my vision insurance.

Went in on short notice looking to get 2 pairs of Cartier glasses fitted with my prescription. The staff were very professional and Kathy was really good about keeping me in the loop and updated with the progress of my lenses. Prices were reasonable and service was overall great.
