I went in for an eye exam was in the room about 3 mins. Before I went back for an eye exam they had me look around. I selected 3 pairs of glasses. The tech kept trying to push me to get the insurance plan to replace them if damaged. I decided I was going to order online. I ended up leaving and got a notification a week later that they picked a pair of glasses for me and ordered them. Didn’t measure anything, didn’t get my approval and now they won’t return my call.

Highland Family Eyecare is a wonderful place to be seen yearly for your routine eye exams. Dr. Natalie was so kind and Michelle and Stephanie were great and knowledgeable. They are always prepared to remind you of your upcoming appointments and they go above and beyond at making sure you find the right pair of glasses and/or contacts that you would like. Love this business!

Amazing care. Doc is very knowledgeable about my self and my children. She has been extremely accommodating for eye care emergenco and yearly check ups. Can’t say enough about her and the staff.

I had a great first experience! As a young adult new to scheduling my own appointments and doing things on my own, each of the staff made it very easy for me to accommodate. They were super helpful and kind. Will be recommending!
