Called ahead to make sure I could be seen as I got a piece of metal in my eye at work. I was told at 5:15 the doctor would be back at 6 and could see me. Drove 40 min and when I got there the lady said there is no doctor here who told you that. I explained I called and what I was told and she was rude and stated that is wrong we don’t have a doctor on Sunday or Tuesday. I then asked about an appointment in the morning and she stated well I think she is booked but let me get her computer. She was rude and annoyed in her tone. She then stated we will not bill your medical insurance the doctor doesn’t do that. Which I totally understand I have vision and medical but her attitude and tone were just hateful. I told her no thank you and left.

For all the changes they had to endure during the pandemic, the quality of goods and services are exceptional. They are never rude to customers.

My exam has always been spot on. We are a household of glasses/contacts wearers, so we can all get an exam in 1 trip. 👍🏻

they’re rude and doesn’t know how to manage their time. didn’t get us in until 45 mins after our appointment
