Dr. Arrieta was a truly amazing person and very skilled practitioner. All the equipment is state of the art and the staff are all very knowledgeable and professional. Above all, the environment is laid back and no pressure selling. This is a high quality place. Highly recommend.
From the moment I called to ask some questions and schedule, all the way through walking in the door of the lovely building, being greeted by everyone, prescreening, exam and glasses consultation, everyone here was so pleasant, friendly, professional, and eager to serve. I like to ask questions and understand things and was never treated like my questions were a bother. You can tell they love their clients here! After lesser experiences at two other clinics in town, I can happily say we have found our family eye clinic at Hill Country Vision!
Friendly staff and everything was on time. Beautiful and inviting facility. Very thorough overview of various options and the pros and cons of each option. The process and visit was not rushed, very relaxed with ample time to visit and make an informed decision.
Dr. Joseph Arrieta was great! He was very thorough during the examination and explained everything in detail. The staff at Hill Country Vision Center were all welcoming and very helpful, I would highly recommend him.
