Most professional, kind, caring staff across ALL aspects. Dr. Ham gave me the most thorough eye exam as well as other eye issues, which I didn't know I had - scheduled for follow-up for more details, biopsies and I do have questions that I know he will be able to provide the most professional advice AFTER further and deeper tests coming up this week. Very comfortable, calm and large office, I didn't feel squeezed in or like I was in a small Drs waiting room and/or office. STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT REALLY impressed me as did the professionals that did some parts of the exam, before he did the intricate exams in 2 different rooms after finding something I wasn't expecting. I HAVE FULL CONFIDENCE IN THEM ON THE HIGHEST LEVEL! Highly RECOMMEND!

I have been going to Hillmore Optical for years and have never been disappointed. Dan is one of the nicest business owners I have ever dealt with. Just like him, the staff at Hillmore are fantastic. My glasses have always been perfect, and if they weren’t, they made it right, no questions asked.

My experience @Hillmoor,US 1 P.S.L was great,staff was pleasant, professional and curious.Arnoldo Martinez D.O.& Samantha were very through and explained everything as we proceeded with my test & exam, one of staff ,(new employee)was also extremely helpful in finding,frames & navigating my insurance coverage to get me the best fit & price.i highly recommen this location as in the end the quality was price was far above the,(buy 1 get 1)(in 60 minute) places you see on TV. They have a customer for life due to my first visit being such an enjoyable experience, thank you,& God bless 🙏

I was at work when my glasses broke straight down the middle. I called Hillmoor and they were very sympathetic and encouraged me to come in straight away. They didn't have any frames that could transfer my lens into. But Penny searched online and found me a frame with my specifications ( I'm extremely nearsighted) . I order and went in today without an appt but Penny and Adam accommodated me. They transferred my lens and adjusted the new frames with the most positive attitude. Thank you Penny and Adam and the receptionists at Hillmoor. You are professional, understanding, and courteous.

The staff are great. My new glasses weren't quite right and they set up a new eye exam and will replace my glasses at no charge if needed. They care about you and your eye health.
