In a day and age where kindness is preached but rarely practiced, it was a refreshing change to be treated with such respect. I called out of the blue after having found my usual place had closed. I needed the nose pieces replaced. Not only did I just walk in, but they assisted me immediately, then they didn’t even charge me for the repair 🫪 I was so shocked and happy, I had to share my experience!!! GO THERE!!! They’re the best!!!

Dr. Cho and his staff are friendly, professional, and extremely thorough. My wife and I have high standards for our eye care, so we are delighted to find this office feels the same. Highly recommended

I had a fantastic experience at Hip Optics Riverside- Dr. Cho! The eye exam was incredibly thorough, utilizing the latest high-tech equipment to ensure my vision needs were perfectly addressed. They offer a great selection of stylish frames and cutting-edge lenses, including Varilux XR lenses, which have given me crystal-clear vision at all distances. Oh my!! i can see the world better now! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect combination of frames and lenses. I picked 2 pairs and super worth it, I got to use my insurance allowance and hsa. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for exceptional eye care and the latest in vision technology

brought my son here to check his vision. Exam was well and receptionist and staff were polite. The eye doctor seemed to get mad when I changed my mind about buying a tea tree foaming cleanser for eyes as I mentioned I would buy it online and the doctor made his way out of the room he was in just to tell me, “you will not find it online, you will only find it in doctors offices” I let that comment slide and paid for the exam and left. Only to find tea tree foaming cleansers readily available online. Made the whole appointment seem like a money grab after that. I will be going somewhere else for another opinion. I do thank the employees who work here for being kind but will be on the search for another kid-friendly eye doctor. Thank you! 😊

Dr. Cho and the rest of the staff are truly awesome. They make the eye exam comfortable and use great technology, then go over everything about my eye health with me thoroughly. I love the friendly yet professional atmosphere!
