I have experienced nothing but professional help caring and concern. Staff has been incredible and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else they take care of you. They make sure you’re comfortable. They make sure all your needs are met. I give them five stars for sure. Love them.
All staff was pleasant and very helpful and polite - the facility was very clean and spacious - there was barely any wait time for my appointment to start and I wasn't shoved off to an exam room to wait and wait to be examined- the dr was knowledgeable and didn't "talk down" to me - he explained my dx, answered my questions clearly and allowed me to make my own decisions about glasses etc- I want to take special note of Gianna who was friendly and again explained things as we went along gathering data - they did not make me feel rushed but were professional and proficient !
The Dr's staff from checkin to checkout were fantastic. On the other hand, the optical person was not even close to helpful. I have never had glasses and he asked question of what I wanted giving me a multiple choice question and instead of telling me I possibly made the wrong choice he just continued. Spending $800 you think they would help you in the process!!
I was very pleased with the eyes tested it was very therapeutic. The doctor was very helpful and explained everything to me. The staff was very kind. I would recommend Horizon eye in the Court House to anyone need a excellent Eye examination. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. 😀
Even though Horizon does not deal with contacts everything else they do is spot on! Whether it's recommendation for surgery or checking your eyes for glaucoma or for something mundane is ordering your glasses their attention to detail is not surpassed by anyone and even know they are more expensive every penny is well worth it. I'm very thankful for the great staff and the great doctors and assistance that I had when I was there.
