I would not recommend this business for eye glasses. I had an issue with my glasses and the issue was not resolved. Charles Seppy was rude to my family member. I just wanted to enjoy my glasses and they were not comfortable. They gave me a headache and caused my nose to become more irritated and red. I feel that if I am spending a lot of money on glasses that they should fit me correctly. The manager of the other store in Linwood tried to resolve the problem by offering lightweight lenses. I truly would do that but I do not want to go back to the Cape May Court House office. I tried to get my money back but the policy is no refunds. Buyer beware

They told me to make an appointment so I could get eye drops for my glaucoma the doctor wanted to use me as a guinea pig 🐖 Charles that does your glasses said making an appointment and you could get eye drops said something else and leave nothing there out of my left eye for since I was a child for for a long time a double vision they say the doctor did not give me know I dropped some of my glaucoma and just use me as a guinea pig 🐖 would this be good for the better Business bureau
Service was pleasant. I handed over my insurance cards and ID… updated patient info, and then was seen very promptly.. Dr Miller checked out my eyes and wrote me some scripts for glasses and contacts… even hooked me up with a trail pair or two too get me through until my orders come in. Thanks all. Cya next time.
Absolutely awful terrible service. I was scheduled for a 9:30 appointment. After asking the rude woman at the front desk what time the Dr. would be in she hid from me but not before quietly saying she didn’t know. The Dr. didn’t arrive to the office until 10:15 and with a fresh Dunkin Donuts coffee. After waiting an hour to be seen I move to the desk to get my glasses fitted. I was unsure which insurance I had as I was only asked to provide my health insurance card at the time of originating the appointment. I was looking it up on my phone but while doing so the MISERABLE, clearly lazy old woman at the front desk openly and loudly exclaimed how crazy it was that patients didn’t know what insurance carrier they have. The other rude front desk woman said that they will just bill the health insurance and the patient can figure it out. Talk about customer and patient service. I unfortunately ordered my glasses as I was in a time crunch after being there for almost 2 hours but can promise I have never seen the kind of behavior I saw today from staff in a medical profession. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and click on any other Dr’s office for eye care. I will say Charles is a pretty cool guy though. Should really hire people with some class and service skills to greet your clients.
This place is so unprofessional! the old lady there was so ignorant it was so obvious she was a racist because the moment I went in there she gave me attitude, kept telling me “YOU NEED A MASK” and she proceeds to speak to me without wearing a mask herself. Then when I went to order my glasses her and another man asked what insurance I had and directed me to the glasses on clearance as if I asked for the lowest price? I felt very discriminated against and felt so unwelcome there. The whole time I was there my visit was not being taking seriously as the man was just scribbling stuff on my order paper. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to receive my glasses and that I would get a call. Fast forward to TWO MONTHS later I went into the place and there was no order for my glasses that was placed. He was not able to locate my order and proceeded to “reorder” my glasses, which meant waiting ANOTHER 2-3 weeks!!! Very unprofessional I didn’t receive any form of apology or anything. Definitely my LAST time going there. And I hope everyone there gets fired. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
