America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

We came up to pick up glasses and contacts about an hour before they closed and the receptionist was very rude. She was frustrated that we showed up just to pick up our contacts and prescription sunglasses which does not take that long. It took about five minutes. Although the doctor is very nice! I personally think friendly customer service attracts more customers and creates an appealing environment.

This lady literally laughed in me & my daughter’s face about trying to get contacts with the prescription the doctor wrote us. I told her we come here for her glasses & she continued to laugh at us & say that’s not a prescription for contacts. We were trying to avoid a surgery & I explained this to her instead of helping us she just laughed & continuously carried a conversation with her coworker like we weren’t even standing there. & then new people walked in and totally disregarded us. & I walked out. & didn’t even say a work. So unprofessional so rude. So could care less.

They need to fire that one blonde older looking receptionist, I think her name might’ve been Kathleen. Came in to get my glasses tightened, she made it appear as if I had bashed her entire family by how annoyed she came at me. I was trying to tell her that the right side was more tightened than the other and that the left needed to get tightened more. During this she kept acting as if I was the problem not her. Specifically by saying that I was putting on my glasses wrong, genuinely how do you even come to that. Didn’t wanna tighten my other left side and eventually I just left it at that, got up and walked out. Didn’t want to spend another second dealing with someone as horrid as that. Will honestly probably switch glasses provided as to not have to deal with someone like this again. The reason for 2 stars instead of 1 though, is due to the other times I’ve come here the one that usually does my tightening. Is this nice young red haired girl, hoping she’s doing the best in all honesty.

I went here for the first time yesterday and the service was absolutely amazing! Everybody was very sweet and the doctor was very fast with my appointment! I accidentally scheduled for an eye only exam instead of contacts as well, but despite them being short staffed they were still generous enough to find a way to quickly fit me in! I really appreciate their help and kindness!!

I was out of state and the lenses popped out of my eyeglasses. The lenses were properly put back good in and as new. The staff is extremely friendly and wouldn't hesitate to go back !!!
