They were able to fit us in the same day because of a cancellation (luckily because they don’t usually take same day appointments). The lady who made the appointment for us was so nice and Dr. Kerper was the best. Honest, helpful, and caring! I never gave a review on here until now because of how great they were!
I used to use another major company whose name I will leave out. They neglected to tell me that they didn’t actually take my insurance instead of just being honest about it. I went to Pearl, they verified my insurance and my glasses were over $200 less than I usually pay. The service was fantastic and the experience was wonderful. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
broke my glasses trying to bend them back in place, new pair just got bent and the optometrist (i THINK it was Eric or Chris LOL two wildly different names ) was able to work magic and fix it this time! such a nice man and helped me so quickly. they fit better than before they even got bent!
once again. same glasses bent. this time they broke and i just so happened to have my first old (broken) pair with the one arm still intact. tracy worked miracles and replaced the broken arm with my good one and they fit better than ever. best glasses place in the entire county.
I just received my new glasses. Once again, the most pleasant experience. Perfect prescription, perfect new frames. My insurance doesn’t cover this facility but I can’t find anyplace else that does it all perfectly right. Well worth the money spent!
