Cataract surgery was a very easy procedure thanks to the wonderful staff and especially to Dr. McLaughton. Post up visit was very successful and again the staff and Doctor were very helpful. Highly recommended for all your eye care.
The clinical exam was fine , no complaints. The lack of coordination for contact lenses is disappointing -you can’t get them there -a flyer was handed to me for an online company but no one set me up to use it. The so called coordinator doesn’t respond at all to online forms or phone calls. Should be one stop shopping and put the patient first.
From the very first moment I entered the clinic, I was treated by a team of the utmost professionalism and warmth—starting from the reception staff and assistants, all the way to the doctor and the eyewear specialists. The visit lasted about an hour and left me with an excellent impression.
He had provided the best service for Dean proper for his eyes and his vision has changed from 0 to 100. The staff the person doing the surgery to the team including Cindy and everyone else that touched them had made a big difference and gave them quality of life can't wait to see what happens with the second I and two weeks. Dr Dean (first name) listened to my issue when other doctors just glanced over it and made assumptions and they were wrong. Five minutes with Dr Dean and wow I was right and he came up with the proper treatment. Doctors who actually listen to you is key since you know your body better than anybody.
