Horizon Eye Care

Such poor customer service!! No one ever picks up the phone here and if they do they don’t want to be on the phone with you for any amount of time. They tell you, your account is locked and quickly transfer you to billing where no one answers there either. No one can tell me why my account is “locked” and you can’t make an appointment when your account is locked. Not only is my account locked but apparently one of my children’s account is locked as well. They don’t really seem like they want patients. Sadly this is the only place my insurance will take.

Dr. Doughten has been wonderful and has given my eyes more attention than any previous doctors. He has gone the extra mile to make sure I have the right information and eye prescription. Definitely recommend!

WOW I can see again! Dr. Perez and his entire staff in Margate were excellent as I navigated through the cataract surgery process. They were extremely organized, professional, courteous, and comforting during the entire process having both eyes done. I'm beyond thrilled to have my vision back again.
